We also cover tenant damages. Regular inspections are conducted every 4-6 weeks to maintain the standard of tenant safety.
Lease Agreement
For every property, we offer a one-year rolling deal with the view of keeping the property long-term.
This gives landlords the flexibility to decide whether they want to potentially sell their property

As we are contracted by Councils & Associations, we can ensure that payments are on time every time, and we can provide competitive rent that is in line with the rest of the market.
